Janet Huber leads the company’s diversity and inclusion practice. She is passionate about establishing relationships and collaborating to facilitate cross-cultural dialogue while establishing inclusive environments. She helps people and companies learn, change, and lead by facilitating programs on topics such as conscious inclusion, communities of practice, mentorship, and employee engagement.

Her passion is creating a culture where everyone can continue to thrive. In addition to her primary role, she is involved in talent and organizational development, ESG reporting, executive coaching, and retiree engagement.

Janet earned an MBA from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. Her certifications include Global D&I Certified Practitioner, DEI in the Workplace Certification, the Prosci Change Management Certification, Neuroscience Brain Based Coaching Certification, Certified Strength Finder Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, arbitrator, mediator and strategic workforce planning.
