Becky Keesling

Becky Keesling is responsible for ensuring that BOK Financial’s internal controls are designed properly and operating effectively, as well as performing independent assessments of BOKF’s compliance with various laws and regulations. She joined BOK Financial in 2004 and became Chief Auditor in 2013.

Keesling earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Missouri State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Outside of the office, she serves on the board of the Emergency Infant Services, Missouri State University School of Accountancy Advisory Board and IIA Tulsa Chapter Board of Governors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside and cooking.
