Chrisanna T. Elser, CFP® is responsible for overseeing quality controls within financial planning while providing guidance around any legislative changes within the financial industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Elser also serves as an educator around financial planning topics, system navigation, and behavioral finance. She joined BOKF in 2019.

Elser earned her bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in finance from Strayer University and her master's degree in personal financial planning from the College of Financial Planning. Elser is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and holds designations in Master Planning in Advance Studies® and National Social Security Advisor®. She has been quoted in publications including Newsday and Forbes.

Outside of the office, Elser enjoys golfing and spending time with her husband and their two fur babies. She lives in the Greater Denver area.
