Chris Graber oversees all aspects of the BOKF Capital Corporation (BOKFCC) group, including equity and junior debt investments in private, middle-market companies, and board roles in some of those companies. The group has made over 25 platform investments and more than 30 follow-on investments since inception. Graber joined BOKF in 2007 and he has more than 20 years of experience working with companies in a variety of industries on strategic analyses and transactions, including majority and minority equity investments, M&A advisory, and leveraged lending.
Graber earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations and Russian from Baylor University and his MBA from the Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary. Prior to joining BOKF, he served as director of corporate finance & investment banking for Renewable Energy Group. He has also worked for Chartwell Investments, a New York-based private equity firm, and Banc of America Securities in the M&A and financial sponsors groups.
