Jeff Reid has served as BOK Financial’s chief human resources officer since October 2022. Since 2004, he has held various roles that emphasize strategic collaboration with executive and senior-level leaders. His focus areas include talent attraction, human capital development and deployment, performance management, succession planning, process improvement, and removing barriers to drive outstanding performance.

Before joining BOK Financial, Jeff spent nine years in professional recruiting and 10 years in the banking industry.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgia State University.

Outside of the office, Jeff is very active in the Tulsa community. He has served on several non-profit boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, Clarehouse, and The Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice.
