Jill McKean-Bilby oversees equipment financing needs for commercial customers across BOK Financial's eight-state footprint. Prior to joining BOKF in 2018, McKean-Bilby served as the vice president at Frost Bank – Equipment Leasing & Finance. She also spent 12 years at GE Capital in Irving, TX in various roles including risk, collections, operations, asset management and sales. McKean-Bilby earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Since joining BOKF, McKean-Bilby and her team have posted record sales for two consecutive years. She is a member of the Tarrant County A&M Club, Kiwanis International and Women's Former Student Network at Texas A&M University. McKean-Bilby volunteers regularly with the Ronald McDonald House, is very active in her church, and serves on the board for the Neuro Assistance Foundation and the Neeley Board of Advisors at Texas Christian University. She was named one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2016.

In her free time, McKean-Bilby enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They enjoy outdoor activities with friends and family including camping, training for triathlons and marathons, and climbing the occasional mountain. She has a growing interest in ranching and enjoys working around her home.
