Jim Shaw is a passionate coach and distinguished leader not only at BOKF, but across his community. Shaw has held a variety of leadership roles within the banking industry since joining the industry in 1984. He started with BOK Financial in 2018.

Shaw earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Northern Colorado and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is also a board member for the Oklahoma City Civic Center Foundation.

Shaw has a passion for coaching others to see the greatness within themselves and to fulfill their lives. Outside of the office, Shaw enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, reading, playing tennis and golfing. He lives with his wife in Oklahoma City and has three children.
