Leasa Melton

Leasa Melton is responsible for product strategy and operations in BOK Financial’s consumer/business banking product lines. She joined BOKF in 2012 and has held various roles throughout the organization, including branch management, regional operations and product operations.

Leasa is passionate about financial literacy education for young people and has served on the Junior Achievement Investor Challenge team for three years. She enjoys participating in volunteer activities throughout the local United Way Campaigns.

Leasa and her husband DuWayne reside in Arcadia, Oklahoma and have four children: Trey, Joshua, Brielle and Gracie. They enjoy family outings that include boating and camping at various Oklahoma lakes.
