Marcus Humphrey leads business support services with a focus on innovation and process improvement. He has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 30 years, having joined BOKF in 2015.

Humphrey attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University focused on business administration. He also holds certifications in scrum master, product owner, facilitation and ADKAR change management.

When away from the office, Humphrey can be found enjoying the outdoors. He is often out boating, fishing or enjoying sporting activities. He is active with several non-profit organizations such as his church, City Care OKC and the Mortgage Bankers Association.
