Michael Sears, JD, is a Kansas-based trust officer, a role in which he helps wealthy individuals and families with trust, estate and financial matters. He has served as a trust officer since 2004 and joined BOK Financial in 2015. Earlier in his career, he worked as an attorney focused on trusts, estate planning, business planning, asset protection, retirement plan enhancement and charitable giving.

Sears earned his bachelor's degree in history and English from Kansas State University and his juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, baking, being outdoors hiking and kayaking, and watching the local sports teams.
