Scott Robin manages community and employee engagement. In this role, he helps employees find their passion in volunteer service and represent BOK Financial every day in the nonprofit community. He joined the company in 2011 as a member of the Accelerated Career Track (ACT) Program and has held numerous positions including banking center manager, senior manager of ACT Programs, and human resources business partner.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University. In addition to his work at BOK Financial, he is an adjunct professor in the business school at Oklahoma State. His courses focus on student career development and strategic talent management in organizations of all sizes.
Robin is actively involved in the Tulsa community through several organizations. He serves on the board of directors for Discovery Lab (Tulsa Children’s Museum), Leadership Tulsa, and his neighborhood homeowners’ association. Scott was honored to participate in Class 63 of Leadership Tulsa’s flagship program and was recognized by the Journal Record as a member of Achievers Under 40 – Class XIX.
Scott lives in Jenks with his wife, Kelsey, and their three children. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports, and cheering on the Cowboys and Cowgirls at Oklahoma State sporting events.
