Calcut joined BOK Financial Mortgage in 2016 as the Director of National Mortgage Operations, a role in which she managed operations, underwriting, fulfillment, and appraisal management. She was promoted to President in July 2018.

Her experience spans more than three decades and includes production channel management (both retail and consumer direct), credit risk management, and compliance. She also has gained valuable insight into mortgage market cycles, credit conditions, regulatory changes, and technology advancements.

Outside the office, Calcut enjoys traveling and camping with her husband, Mark, and spending time with their three children—Mark Jr., Julia and William.
