Thomas Hay is responsible for the development and management of the Consumer Bank product suite, including debit card, credit card, consumer lending, digital banking and deposit products. Prior to joining BOKF in 2002, Hay worked for Williams and American Airlines.

Hay earned his bachelor's degree in finance as well as an MBA from the University of Tulsa. He is active with a number of nonprofit agencies and serves on the board for Junior Achievement of Tulsa, chairing the organization's Investor Challenge. He has also been involved with United Way and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tulsa.

Outside of the office, Hay enjoys being with his family and spending time outdoors. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Bixby, Oklahoma.
